PerfectQRCode is a free QR code generator platform that allows users to create, customize, and track QR codes. The Service includes QR code generation, landing page hosting, scan analytics, and related features.

3. User Accounts

You may use basic features without an account. Creating an account grants access to the dashboard, analytics, and QR code management. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create QR codes that link to malware, phishing, or harmful content
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Service
  • Create content that is illegal, defamatory, or obscene
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to deactivate or delete QR codes that violate these terms without notice.

5. Free and Pro Plans

The Service offers a free tier with full functionality and optional Pro subscriptions with additional features. Free-tier landing pages may display advertisements. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.

6. QR Code Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime for QR code redirects and landing pages. However, we do not guarantee 100% availability and are not liable for temporary service interruptions. We reserve the right to deactivate inactive QR codes after extended periods of no use.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and serve your content as necessary to operate the QR codes and landing pages you create.

The PerfectQRCode name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your QR codes will be deactivated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
